These appliances are able to generate their own low
temperature. The ice-cream maker incorporates a refrigeration system (airtight compressor,
condenser, fan, evaporator) which delivers a large number of refrigeration units in a very
short time. The appliance is also equipped with a powerful mixing unit.
Following the instructions in the manual and the recipe guide, ice-cream of outstanding
quality is produced in about 30 minutes.
These appliances are able to make ice-cream continuously, and thanks to the use of
removable tubs, more than one flavour of ice-cream can be produced and easily stored in
the freezer.
Aware of environmental considerations, Nemox uses in all
its machines CFC free gas only, to avoid possible damages to the Earth's ozone layer
